Sales Manager/Designer
Position Purpose & Focus
The Sales Manager is responsible to drive revenue and profitability to PEP Creative by designing and creating detailed events & programs for PEP’s array of incentive, corporate, social, association clientele. The SM position develops and implements new sales campaigns, initiatives, strategies, and programs to attract new and retain current customers. Must be creative and quickly excel with PEP’s sales and operational database (iPEP) along with many other sales programs and tools.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets by setting, monitoring and achieves sales goals and quotas.
- Develops and follow up on business leads; and performs lead generation activities.
- Collaborates with Event Managers to oversee production and operational details of events.
- Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service and stays connected during the client engagement.
- Generates new ideas & develop profitable proposals/events to sales and event team.
- Creates packages or tariffs for clients.
- Collaborates with sales team to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
- Leads weekly sales team meetings with Sales Assistants and attends monthly sales meetings with DOS.
- Represents company to promote products and services to new and current clients.
- Expected to understand safety procedures and tools for the department.
- Other essential duties as assigned.

Event Producer
Position Purpose & Focus
Event Producer is responsible for providing the final presentation of all PEP Creative client events. Execute all details of client events by ensuring all specifics are communicated throughout different PEP Creative teams, sub contractors, venue staff and vendors involved. Ensures onsite implementation of event meets client and PEP Creative standards. Manages the event after the Sales team turns them over and takes control of all aspects of the event, including: labor decisions, proposal maintenance and changes, PO’s within PEP, ordering items, production schedules, timelines, client interaction, venue interaction, walk-throughs and client meetings, deposit requests, final invoicing to clients, etc.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of event files from pre-event exposure to on-site presence.
- Coordinates with Sales, additional PEP departments, as well as clients to ensure consistent high-level service throughout pre-event, event and post event.
- Proactively engages with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of event activities.
- Responsible for preparation and management of all event documentation.
- Oversees day of event setup and logistics and assist, if needed.
- Ensures proper execution and operation of client events through completion.
- Maximizes revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.
- Delivers events on time, within budget, and ensures excellent customer service.

Event Crew
Position Purpose & Focus
The Event Crew is responsible for transporting, unloading, building, operating, and dismantling of all products. Supports Event Lead to ensure all events are in accordance with client standards.Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of events.

- Responsible for adherence to pre-established event schedules before and during events.

- Responsible for all aspects of setup for client events, as well as complete tear down and transportation of all gear.
- Maintains cleanliness of event while meeting established cleanliness and quality standards.
- Monitors and operate slighting equipment and generators.
- Expected to understand safety procedures and tools for the department.

Linen Laundry Tech
Position Purpose & Focus
The Linen & Laundry Technician is responsible for maintaining and laundering the PEP Creative linen inventory. Use of the laundry machinery, equipment and tools to launder all soft good items. Inventory quality control and putting away of laundered soft goods in specific areas within the Linen Department. Counting and organizing soft goods with the department.

- Inspect and pull out defective or damaged linens out of inventory.

In-House Logistics Tech
Position Purpose & Focus
The In-House Logistics Technician is responsible for assisting the Department Head with all event logistics including the loading and unloading of all trucks for events, general inventory upkeep, cleaning of warehouse area and outside areas, gassing and general maintenance of PEP Creative fleet, as needed.
