Event Producer
Position Purpose & Focus
Event Producer is responsible for providing the final presentation of all PEP Creative client events. Execute all details of client events by ensuring all specifics are communicated throughout different PEP Creative teams, sub contractors, venue staff and vendors involved. Ensures onsite implementation of event meets client and PEP Creative standards. Manages the event after the Sales team turns them over and takes control of all aspects of the event, including: labor decisions, proposal maintenance and changes, PO’s within PEP, ordering items, production schedules, timelines, client interaction, venue interaction, walk-throughs and client meetings, deposit requests, final invoicing to clients, etc.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of event files from pre-event exposure to on-site presence.
- Coordinates with Sales, additional PEP departments, as well as clients to ensure consistent high-level service throughout pre-event, event and post event.
- Proactively engages with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of event activities.
- Responsible for preparation and management of all event documentation.
- Oversees day of event setup and logistics and assist, if needed.
- Ensures proper execution and operation of client events through completion.
- Maximizes revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.
- Delivers events on time, within budget, and ensures excellent customer service.

Education
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
