The most unique thing I did for a PEP event was: Put together a huge Beach Ball Archway one of my first weeks. Which ended up being too heavy for a windy day and fell over.

My favorite thing to do on my PEP events is: Set everything up! And watch it come together. As soon as I’m given the design/floor plan I begin to set everything near where it needs to go. Helping the crew when they need, but in general linens, flowers, votives, props, tables, chairs, drapes! Any task given to me I fully enjoy.

My favorite thing to do on my PEP events is: I like being a part the creative transformation process, working on different items that all come together in the end to bring an event space to life.

Kevin Welch

The most unique thing I did for a PEP event was: Drove to Colorado in a van when everything didn’t fit on the truck.

My favorite thing to do on my PEP events is: Don’t go on-site much, so I would say hearing about what a good job everyone did for any event.

Karen Knox - Hotard

The most unique thing I did for a PEP event was: The most challenging and unique event for me would be the wedding we produced on the hillside above the Caliente Racetrack in Tijuana, for a guest count of 2,200. Over 25 designers worked on this for a week, in August heat, using all lavender flowers with an abundance in every area of the football field size tent. I could write a book about that one. The end result was spectacular!

My favorite thing to do on my PEP events is: Make Magic happen

Phil Ambrutis

The most unique thing I did for a PEP event was: Creating a unique event space on the Midway for a huge event that highlighted acrobatic Rosie the Riveter entertainers

My favorite thing to do on my PEP events is: Produce a quality event that is not only breathtaking, but is surprises guests with PEP’s creativity.
