Our Story
FROM VISION TO REALITY
Founded in 1990 by George Duff, Joanne Mera, and Larry Toll, Pacific Event Productions (now PEP Creative) was one of the pioneers of a growing event industry.
With a mix of dedication, hard work, and a fun-loving spirit, the trio built not only groundbreaking events but also lasting partnerships and friendships across the industry that has spanned now 35+ years.
Over the years, we grew and added divisions as the industry and trends evolved. We listened to our customers and what they needed, and added to our collection new products and services such as entertainment management, in-house linens, lounge furniture, and new technology…
Over the years, PEP has fostered a culture where employees both past and present form lifelong friendships, and where clients and supplier partners feel like part of the family. Wherever we go, we know someone — and that’s the PEP way.
