WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE RENTAL ITEM AT PEP, AND WHY?

Our Onyx Bar – I just love how sleek, modern and polished it looks.

IF IT WAS YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY, WHAT WOULD THE THEME BE, AND WHAT COLOR PALETTE AND PEP PROPS/DECOR WOULD YOU USE?

I love a modern black & white theme, maybe with pops of red! For this I would use The Onyx Bar, the Tory & Elenore Sofas, White Bliss Highboys, and our Bentley linens.

TELL US YOUR BACKGROUND – WHAT’S YOUR STORY ABOUT GETTING INTO EVENTS, AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE INDUSTRY & AT PEP?

In 2017, I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in hospitality and a few event internships under my belt before moving to San Diego. After a year here, I came across PEP & have been with them ever since!

TELL US ABOUT THE MOST UNIQUE EVENT THEME YOU’VE EVER WORKED ON.

I would say Dr Seuss themes are always a fun/unique event – getting to play with so many different colors, patterns and materials is different than the average event.

WHAT’S THE HARDEST THING ABOUT EVENT PRODUCTION?

I think the hardest part is balancing reality with the creative vision – making sure you are providing what is truly desired by a client while also working with so many other outside factors.

WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN WHEN NOT WORKING?

I love yoga, being outside in any capacity, and spending time with my friends/family.
