BLOOM BASH – Fundraiser Dinner & Reception for the San Diego Museum of Art’s Operating Budget

Bloom Bash, a pivotal fundraiser for the San Diego Museum of Art’s operational sustainability, represented a year-long journey of innovation and collaboration. The production team faced significant challenges, including extensive rigging in the museum’s historic building, seamless integration of artists’ work, coordination with multiple vendors, and managing operations during public hours. Despite these complexities, Bloom Bash not only successfully raised critical funds but also highlighted the power of strategic planning and teamwork in creating impactful fundraising events that resonate with the community and support cultural institutions like the San Diego Museum of Art.

Monte Carlo

Over the course of many years, PEP has been a creative force behind the decor for the annual fundraising gala for the Museum of Contemporary Art in San Diego. This event is a collaborative effort involving the gala chairs, museum staff, and partner vendors and suppliers, all coming together to craft an amazing experience. PEP’s dedication to creating a visually stunning and immersive atmosphere ensures that the gala continues to be a highlight on San Diego’s social calendar.
