Position Purpose & Focus

The Event Crew is responsible for transporting, unloading, building, operating, and dismantling of all products. Supports Event Lead to  ensure all events are in accordance with client standards.Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of events.


  • Follow direction from Lead.
  • Follow PEP safety policies and procedures.
  • Work efficient and safe.
  • Be a professional and polite PEP Creative brand ambassador.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for adherence to pre-established event schedules before and during events.
  • Ensures equipment is in full working order prior to event, reports any defects to management.
  • Daily, reviews all contract details with the Event Lead and ensures work is completed accordingly.
  • Responsible for all aspects of setup for client events, as well as complete tear down and transportation of all gear.
  • Maintains cleanliness of event while meeting established cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Monitors and operate slighting equipment and generators.
  • Expected to understand safety procedures and tools for the department.
  • Other essential duties as assigned.
