WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE RENTAL ITEM AT PEP, AND WHY?

Henry Chair! Also, our Carlie line!

IF IT WAS YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY, WHAT WOULD THE THEME BE, AND WHAT COLOR PALETTE AND PEP PROPS/DECOR WOULD YOU USE?

I would probably choose a “Bridgerton” themed garden soiree. The color palette would include soft pastels and possibly some gold accents. I would have lots of lush florals and mood candle lighting. For entertainment, there would be a string quartet, regency dance lessons and a “make your own perfume” bar. Think finger sandwiches, vintage tea sets and a signature confectionary table. For a photo moment, I would love PEP’s swing set covered in wisteria.

WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN WHEN NOT WORKING?

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my daughter and family, especially enjoying the sunshine and the outdoors together.

TELL US ABOUT THE MOST UNIQUE EVENT THEME YOU’VE EVER WORKED ON.

One of the standout event themes that I thought was unique carried a subtle, immersive ‘water’ motif. For entertainment, we had Water Bowl contortionists, flowing aerialists, a trampoline wall and more. The décor was colorful and included elevated “under the sea” themed elements and really unique lounge groupings.

WHAT’S THE HARDEST THING ABOUT EVENT PRODUCTION?

The hardest part is managing the unexpected—like weather or technical issues—but that’s exactly why we plan thoroughly and stay adaptable.

TELL US YOUR BACKGROUND – WHAT’S YOUR STORY ABOUT GETTING INTO EVENTS, AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE INDUSTRY & AT PEP?

I began my career in events at PEP Creative in 2015, starting as a Receptionist and growing into roles in Entertainment and Marketing. My love for entertainment really took off while working at Walt Disney World, where I discovered how much joy comes from creating memorable experiences.
